Thanks for the reply! So if I'm not mistaken, the only options we have for modifying the camera position in 1st person is FOV and the vision height on the player model. Classic dungeon crawlers (what I'm striving to get the feel of with Realms & Ruins) generally have a point of view where you can see part of the tile you stand on including items on the space you are on. Here's an example from the editor:
Here's an example just using FOV, I feel like it gives the game a weird fisheye lens effect (cant see the cone)
Here's an example just using camera height, obviously the character feels tiny (still cant see the cone)
And lastly here's a combination of FOV and camera height. It's still 'off' but not terrible, but definitely the camera is way to short.
Obviously I'm showing a couple of extremes using fov or vision height only, but mostly what I'm getting at is I'd like the ability to "pull" the camera back, while not having to adjust vision height or FOV (or use a combination of them all)
