Gameplay. Both.
Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
A widget that has the following:
.a text label showing player level,
.a progress bar set to xp/next_xp
.a text label that shows the number values of xp/next_xp
does not update when enemies are killed and give XP while the widget is open.
If you close/open the widget (refresh it essentially), it will show the updated stats.
However, if you use console command to add xp, it does update the widget while open.

Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?
No
Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
- setup levelling system in stats editor
- create a widget with progress bar set to xp/next_xp, and text labels set to those stats
- add a couple of real-time attackable monsters into a map and set their XP reward
- play test with widget open...kills do not reflect while open.
- with widget open, add XP via console to see it does reflect while open.
