New Tile Format: 'Merged Tiles'

I have previously mentioned my interest in Hex grid-based tiles being added (which didn't get much attention), but today I have a new Tile suggestion. "MERGED" tiles. So how this works is provided in simple example of a picture.

Sp1itLip Thanks so much for the suggestion and the details around it! This and the hex tiles suggestion are definitely interesting ideas for future consideration, though that would likely be post-2.0.

Another thing of note I forgot to mention, is that when the Stumpy in the blue or purple "tiles" move into their neighbors "tile", they will both be placed in the new "center" of the tile. This might look like an odd configuration, but it makes it so more than one unit can occupy that space. Think of it like how units in the game RiSK all sit center of their territories.

Justin Hey man I'm glad you like the ideas, and I'll always stop in with more when I think of them if I feel like they are not impossible to implement! I know 2.0 is a ways off since you were waiting on certain Godot updates, but I look forwards the 2.0 days. It's always exciting to see the new features you have in store. I find myself checking the reddit for RPGinAbox every week to see if you have a new update about to drop.
