I'm not sure but i kind of remember something like skeletal animations coming to rpg in a box with the 2.o update. Right now, my player character has over 100 frames of animation and the animations are maybe 10% done. Even now, the engine can't handle this many frames ( the engine crasher 2-3 times before i can open my player character model) and frankly, it is too time consuming to make every animation appear to be fluid frame by frame. Since i've seen the 2.0 update, i stopped making animations thinking that i might be able to make skeletal animations instead of faking it. So, my question is this, when the skeletal animations come, are we going to be able to use it with voxel models? Another question is if the new animation feature will be here in 2-3 months or not? Depending on the answer, i will continue to do the painfully annoying animations, if not, i will wait.
