Does the issue occur in the editor or during gameplay?
Gameplay
If it's a gameplay issue, please specify which movement system and camera type you're using (free movement vs. grid movement, third-person vs. first-person) or N/A if not applicable:
Free Movement, Third Person Locked @ 90 degrees for Top-down perspective
Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
I have named animations for moving Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. The only animations that are working as intended are the SE and NE animations. When heading Northwest it plays the walk east animation, and when going Southwest it will play walk east occasionally, but will also pull the animation set from the last direction used.
Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?
2 Error - Reference to a thread object was lost while thread is still running.....
Error - Signal 'Mouse_entered' is already connected to a given method 'handle_mouse_entered_entity' in that object.
Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
walk northeast, then walk northwest and compare. Each northward walking animation is meant to use walk north.
Heading southwest from any eastward facing direction will play the walk animation for the last direction used.
Provide a download link to the bare bones project (strongly recommended if it's an in-game issue, since this helps significantly when attempting to reproduce it; the report will also be given more priority in this case):
