Hi everyone! I'm excited to announce that, as the next release is going to be quite a significant one, I'll be bumping the version up to v1.1 to mark this major step forward! Lots of exciting new stuff centered around free movement, combat, skills, and more! After this big release and Godot hits its 4.2 stable release, I'm planning to start learning the ins and outs of Godot 4 and preparing for the migration ahead.
I'll be taking the opportunity to rework many things from the ground up to ensure that everything is done properly and in the best way possible to take advantage of all that Godot 4 has to offer. I expect it to be a very long process, but I will of course continue to push forward from v1.1 and improve upon existing functionality, while simultaneously aiming towards "RPG in a Box 2.0" as I transition everything over to Godot 4.
Thank you so much for your continued support and patience! I'm so excited for what's still to come! 🥳
