Does the issue occur in the editor or during gameplay?
The bug is showing up during gameplay mainly.
If it's a gameplay issue, please specify which movement system and camera type you're using (free movement vs. grid movement, third-person vs. first-person) or N/A if not applicable:
Grid movement and an Isometric camera.
Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
I set up an enemy that when they are next to the player to go enter a TTB battle. Now using the "Enemy Spawn" feature and having the limit set up at any number the game will spawn in fact said number however, Upon victory and in turn the enemy being defeated/ removed from the map, the limit mentioned before will not recognize what has happened to the enemy. In turn the game will not re-roll for a new enemy spawn.
Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?

Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
What you will need is a basic character model, an enemy model, two maps (One for walking around as if it was the normal game map) and (One battle map) Set up the respawn feature with 2 enemies and have the game send you into the battle. Upon the victory you will notice there is one enemy left and the game will not respawn a new one.
Provide a download link to the bare bones project (strongly recommended if it's an in-game issue, since this helps significantly when attempting to reproduce it; the report will also be given more priority in this case):
