A perform action node would be a really handy feature to add to the scripting functions if possible.
Similiar to how Enble/Disable Action allows you a drop down list of keybind actions....
Perform Action would instead carry out that action.
Would be a really great way of customising actions, for example, attack where something can happen first, followed by "attack" being carried out as usual.
A script could be assigned to the "attack" key instead for example:
display_message("You fire your gun!");
player.stat["ammo"] -= 1;
perform_action("attack");
Not sure if feasible but just a thought that came from the Enable/Disable actions.
