Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
Ranged attacks in real time combat do not display 'Miss' or play the miss sound effect when zero damage is caused. Affects both player and NPC attacks. Melee attacks do display Miss and play sound.
Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?

Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
Equip hostile NPC with ranged weapon (using vox editor character properties default equipment) and allow to attack player. Combat is real time. Weapon uses ammunition item (ammo given in game using console give_item command). Equip player with ranged weapon and ammo, attack hostile NPC as above.
