Does the issue occur in the editor or during gameplay?
Gameplay
If it's a gameplay issue, please specify which movement system and camera type you're using (free movement vs. grid movement, third-person vs. first-person) or N/A if not applicable:
Grid, TTB, Standard
Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
I have a skill that triggers a script.
The script targets an entity via request_entity and then changes the model to a different one.
However, as soon as I do this, I can no longer attack the enemies as the sword cursor used for atack gets disabled.
This continues even if you switch models back.
Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?
None related to this
Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
- Add an asset library slime
- Set up a TTB battle with the slime as enemy
- play and load the battle
- Aim at the slime and use the console:
set_entity_model(self, "a_different_model");
- Try to attack the slime
Not that it should be specific to slimes lol I was just using them with my particular skill test.
