A few ideas to improve the way info can be conveyed to the player and allow more stylized and functional static UI's
The first idea is the Name-Labeled item slot, it would just function as a regular item slot that just displays the name of the item it's containing right next to it as opposed to just having it appear when you hover over it, with an option to disable the name popup just appearing when you hover over it. This could either be a separate widget element or a toggleable setting for the existing item storage slot element.
The second idea is for the ability for all widget elements(except for the text label and text field) to contain name and description text. It also has an option to enable it appearing in a text popup, which while seemingly redundant, wouldn't be if a Hovered Text Variable was implemented.
A Hovered Text Variable would contain the name or description text of the widget element your mouse is hovering over, with the option to only contain the name or description of specific widget elements, as this would allow you to define a specific area for specific info text to be displayed if you decide to disable the popup.
