I'm sure Tactical Battles will be fleshed out more over time but I thought I would suggest something for it.
A "New Turn" global event for scripts would be handy, with a self built-in that references the entity whose turn it currently is.
self could then be the player, or a party member, or a enemy if it's currently their turn and scripts could directly use that reference.
Would give scripters the ability to have things happen on certain character's turns.
