Briefly describe the issue you're experiencing:
When I goto select and duplicate an effect in the effect window pane on the right side, it will duplicate the effect in the asset folder and appear there on the left side pane. But it will not appear with the rest of the effects in the right side pane until I restart RPGIAB or get out of my current game manager and go back in.
Are there any errors in the in-game debug console or external console window?

Provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue:
1) On right side pane, in the effects asset window with all the effects, click on any effect.
2) Right Click and select Duplicate.
Result: Does not duplicate in that window pane.. Just on the file folder pane on the left side.
3) Restart RPGIAB. Now it appears.
