How good is your Work?

We are looking for people to join Boxed Studios who are good at scripting or modeling. Must have Steam and be a team player. If you are interested in applying then, please say so in the comments.

Remember to include the prompts below

If you want to make scripts
Please provide an example of one of your scripts using one of the prompts.

Food that regenerates hunger
Flashlight that turns on and off
door that opens and closes with a button

If you want to make models
Create a chicken and release it on the steam workshop for us to see. The chicken must be slightly detailed and have a walking and idle animation. Use whatever style you want.

Extra
If you want to show off something extra like a model or script that you have done well on, then feel free to include it.

Deadline is May-31

BoxedStudios For the first script, you can use:
SetValue player.stat["hunger"] += $regenerationvalue (whatever number you need)
From what I know, there is no way to integrate the different foods with different regen values other than utilizing item IDs for the addition value.

LuckyBoyAK Sometimes Steam on my computer is really weird so sometimes the app just won't let me accept requests, and I don't know how to fix it, since my friend request setting is set to everyone.

LuckyBoyAK its going good i removed all my posts on the forums because reasons but new things

side quests in the starting village
map states for morality system works in the starting village
stealing system has been expanded
ranged combat is now a thing and working
bandits are now in the game with there own area

the next update is getting the morality system with map states working in maldonus (vastly bigger in terms of areas) the maldonus graveyard the jail area stealing in maldonus etc

the woman woke me up before I could finish customising my character. suggest pasuing the game before character customization. then unpausing after.
I can open chests from 2 tiles away.
when I come out of my house, on the street there is a guy with a quest. can't get the quest.
can open a storage then walk away, and the invantory will still be open .
can only open invintory tab, not quest or equipment.
cannot equip items or use health.
combat with the quard spawned us at a different part of the map.
randomly tried to reset containers, and remove an entity.
9.throws a bunch of errors out at the start.
cannout go into the jail when arrested.
11.cannot talk to the person for the quest.

ok the containers are a work in progress so dont worry about the errors

u can get the side quests when u go to the 1st house on the left and once inside sit on the 1st chair on the left (because most stuff is locked untill u do the opening

the menu will open up to open tabs like quests ect

there a button below the inventory to access the equipment screen (may put a hotkey on it)

for the jail one ur in it u need to wait untill the gaurd talks to u and leaves before you can leave /unlocks the jail door

ill check into the random location for the gaurds of the teleporting into the map after the gaurd battle

but try the demo again if u have time with these thigns in mine if ur stuck reach out on discord but thanks for the feed back ill be looking into things u mentioned

Hey there. I've not really used RPGIAB before, but I can load it up and make those scripts here in the next day or so when I get some time. I've been waiting to jump in mostly because of not knowing where to start with a game and also waiting for the newer features, but since Justin's announcement that 2.0 will mostly be a standalone thing I'm more willing to jump in now.
