The Management Screen is a modal interface that provides a convenient place for the player to access their inventory, equipment, and any other custom widgets. It's accessed via the “Inventory” input binding (“I” key by default). This functionality can be disabled from the “User Interface” section in your Game Configuration.

You can add custom widgets to the management screen by adding their IDs to the comma-separated list of widgets on the Screen Properties tab of the UI Editor's “Screens” tab.
