======Main Menu======

The **Main Menu** is an optional screen that, when enabled, displays at the start of your game. It includes the title of your game, a "New Game" button, an "Options" button, a "Quit" button, and a "Credits" button (if you have defined credits text in the [[Credits Editor]]). When the player clicks the "New Game" button, your game's [[startup script]] will be triggered. If the Main menu is enabled, there will also be a "Quit to Title" button available on the [[Pause Menu]] that will quit the current game and return to the Main Menu.

The text of the menu buttons can be localized for different languages. See the "Built-In Strings" table on the [[localization]] page for more information.

At this time, the Main Menu is not enabled by default. It can be enabled from the "User Interface" section of your [[Game Configuration]].
